Flixaria Terms of Service

Welcome to Flixaria ("we," "our" or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use this website (flixariaiptv.com) and the Flixaria IPTV service. Please read them carefully before you order. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By purchasing or using a Flixaria IPTV subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Flixaria provides an IPTV streaming service that gives you access to live TV channels, movies and video-on-demand content over the internet. What is included can vary with the subscription plan you choose: plans are listed on our IPTV subscription page.

3. Your account

You agree to:

  • give accurate and complete information when you order;
  • keep your login details secure;
  • take responsibility for all activity under your account.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. A subscription is for one household and the number of devices stated on your plan (1, 2 or 3 devices).

4. Orders and activation

You order on WhatsApp, using the order buttons on this site; the steps are on our how to order page. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal, once, for the plan length you choose. Your login details are sent to you on WhatsApp once your payment is confirmed. No activation time is promised.

5. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy before you purchase. In short:

  • refunds are not issued once the service has been activated and your login details have been delivered;
  • if you have a technical problem, contact our support team first: we are here to help.

6. Usage restrictions

You agree not to:

  • use the service for illegal streaming or redistribution;
  • share your login details;
  • try to reverse-engineer or resell the Flixaria IPTV system;
  • use VPN or proxy services that interfere with our geo-restrictions, where they apply.

Breaking these rules may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account, without a refund.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, server upgrades or technical issues can interrupt it. We make reasonable efforts to let users know about major downtime. See also our Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, software and content that appear on Flixaria belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Flixaria is not liable for:

  • content broadcast by third-party channels;
  • any loss resulting from a service interruption;
  • incompatibility with your device or your internet connection.

You use the service at your own risk.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
