Last updated: October 30, 2026
How Flixaria handles copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): what a notice must contain and where to send it.
Third-party content
Flixaria does not produce or own the live TV channels and media content available through its service: they come from third-party sources, and Flixaria is not responsible for the content of, or the copyright issues linked to, third-party media. If you have a legal concern about a program, you can also contact its original owner or broadcaster directly.
Flixaria and the DMCA
Flixaria operates as an online service provider under the guidelines of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We take copyright infringement seriously and respond to valid notices of alleged copyright violations.
If you are a copyright holder
If you own the copyright in material that appears on our website or service and you believe your rights have been violated, notify us in writing. We will review your claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content in question or disabling access to it.
What a DMCA notice must include
To file a DMCA notice properly, make sure your written request contains the following elements.

2. Identification of the infringing material
A clear description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website or service, including the exact URL or URLs where it appears.
3. Your contact information
Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number and a valid email address, so that we can contact you about your claim.
4. Good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. Accuracy and authority statement
A statement confirming that: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
How to send your DMCA notice
Send your written notice to our team on WhatsApp, available 24/7: the button is on our contact page. Start your message with DMCA notice and include all five elements listed above. See also our Disclaimer.
False claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false claim of copyright infringement may be liable for damages. Please make sure your complaint is legitimate before you send it.
